Cyber Properties Investment Ltd (CPIL)
CPIL was incorporated on July 26, 2002 as a public company. It owns the Cyber Tower-1 and Cyber Tower-2 at Ebene. Cyber tower-1 is an intelligent building of 44,000 sq.mt on (12th floors) and Cyber tower-2 of 16,000 sq.mt on (10th floors).
Informatics Park Ltd
Informarmatics Park ltd was incorporated on the 12th May 1993 as a private company.It owns the Informatics Park which is the first IT dedicated complex constructed since 1994-95 and is ideally located at La Tour Koenig at 2 kilometres away from Port Louis city centre. The total built up area of the 3 storeyed complex is 5,511 square metres with a rentable space of 3,914 sq. mt comprising of 38 modular units each of a floor area of 103 sq.mt.
BPML Freeport Services Ltd (BFSL)
BFSL is a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider since November 2001.
BFSL presently manages an integrated port-based logistics platform strategically located at the seaport in the capital city Port Louis and an airport-based facility within the precincts of the SSR International Airport.
BFSL own 7 hectare of land at the Freeport in Mere Rouge with fully developed business infrastructure. Its activities comprise:
Lease of customized warehousing facilities (open plan or equipped with pallet raging system, individual cabin or fenced compartments).
- Lease of processing areas and basic office facilities
- Parking bay for imported vehicles or a common use basis.
- Fitted out offices.
- Handling services.
