The rental charged on built up area varies from $1.60 for Cyber Tower 1 and $1.50 for Cyber Tower 2 per sq. ft. An annual increase of 5 percent is applicable on the rent at end of each year.
Premises are rented out for a lease period of 3 years, which is renewable for successive 3-year periods.
A refundable deposit of 6 months’ rent is payable at the start of lease.
